Mills Lifestyle Newborn Session

Zach and Alex welcomed their first baby boy into their family. We had originally planned for their session to be at their home, but as life happens and the welcoming of a newborn - it worked out best for them to come to the studio. Coming to the studio can totally help ease the prep of a photo session. This way you don’t have to clean everything and prepare your house for a visitor and being photographed. The studio has seamless paper for a classic timeless photo as well as a bed and chairs for more lifestyle casual photos. These options allow you to have natural professional photos.

When prepping for a newborn session it is best to over prepare with things you may need. I recommend bringing multiple extra diapers, backup outfits, taking time for feedings, wipes, and burp clothes to start your prep kit for your session.

If a family member or friend has gifted something super special to you that you want documented, I welcome bringing those items to your session and letting me know what that item is. If it’s a blanket, it can be super fun to incorporate baby laying on the blanket. If there is a special book that resonates with you and your family, we can take some time to read it and take candid photos of you having a true moment reading together. This session is for you and to document what this season of life looks like for you.
