Downtown Clarkston Engagement Photos | Cynthia and Joe
Cynthia and Joe live in Clarkston, Michigan with their sweet pup Bruts. They live so close to downtown it’s basically a hop and a skip away...when driving ;) Being so close to downtown means easy access to cute coffee shops and great restaurants for date nights. We started their engagement session in one of Honchos cute Igloos drinking coffee - which we totally needed because we started our day in the morning on Sunday. Sundays are the sleepiest of days which can be the most romantic of days. With coffee in their hands, Brutus by their side, they chatted in the igloo and talked about their excitement for their engagement photoshoot - seriously the sweetest. With a few sips of coffee they cozied up and walked around. Cynthia’s stunning red hair was the perfect compliment to Joe’s warm smile. They were made for each other.
After we drank our coffee Cynthia and Joe walked Brutus over to Depot Park. This park showed us one of the best things (and worst?) about living in Michigan - we saw every season in Depot Park! From the beautiful golden fall leaves, bright green grass, and snow covered bridges, these two walked hand in hand and embraced it all. This engagement photoshoot totally showcased their life. Through every season of life - they have each others backs.
Starting our morning with coffee and a good walk, were were fueled for the day - we hopped in our cars and went over to Stony Creek Metro Park. We left Brutus at home this time, he had a lot of adventure walking around Downtown Clarkston. At this part of their engagement session Joe showed his true colors with his Notre Dame jersey while Cynthia was still perfection with her outfit. Classy and casual all in one. These two are so in love and totally supportive - it’s so great. We ran around the forest, danced a little bit and stayed close to stay warm. We decided to end the date down by the lake. The frozen water was covered in snow leaving the park quiet and empty. It was if they were the only people, and their connection was all that mattered here. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon in Stony Creek with these two love birds.
Cynthia and Joe were true troopers running around town and embracing all of Michigans seasons to celebrate their engagement. They truly showed off all that Michigan has to offer and that they can rock every season of life.
