Client Management System: Dubsado

I use Dubsado to manage my client communication, timelines, workflows, calendar, invoicing, contracts, and reminders. Dubsado links to my personal calendar so I don’t miss a thing. Gallery Delivery : Pic Time

Sending photos in bulk can get messy, but it doesn’t have to be. I use Pic Time. They allow me to create galleries for clients, manage if it’s shown on my portfolio, password protected, categorizing the session type, and has printing resources connected. Photo Backup - Cloud Storage

Backing up photos is serious business. Having cloud storage is incredibly helpful for a backup outside of the home, for travel safety, for emergency retrieval (like a computer dying/fire/ect) . I use backblaze for this!

Book Keeping

I use Quickbooks. I have systems and rules for it to flag a transaction as a tax write off. Some examples of categories it automatically tracks for me are travel (parking fees!), meals and entertainment (buying pizza for that team meeting where we discuss strategy for goals for next year), rent, and categorizing sales and owners pay. I can connect my accountant to my account where they can see my transactions and receive everything easily for doing my taxes.

Video Editing: CapCut

Keeping up on social media you basically have to have video content to keep up. CapCut makes that easy! With templates and easy to navigate editing tools, CapCut makes editing a breeze.
